Taco is a traditional Mexican food. It is mainly made of corn flour and wheat flour. The taco shells can also use a tortilla wrap cut into small round pieces with small round dipping plate . The main ingredients are roast beef, chicken, pork, fish, shrimp, vegetables, cheese, and even insects. Taco’s name comes from Spanish. It was also the first Spanish wrap to be introduced to Mexico by Europeans before Spanish colonial rule. The earliest taco shells were used as dish bowl to having food on it. Later,we can easily get Toco meal from any where,no matter small vendor , restaurant even in high-end restaurants . Toco become popular in the world. Also,just a few years ago, in the United States gourmet documentary (ungly delicious), foodies highly commented: “Every second of delicious experience is more delicious than any other cuisine in the world, It is Taco from Mexico.” Taco itself is not enough for foodies to enchant it, economists create Taco Bell chain restaurants for it. Its main soul still comes from its several sauces: green sauce (salsa Verde), minced sauce (salsa picoda), red sauce (salsa rojo).
Green Sauce (Salsa Verde): Made with ripe green tomatoes, added with Jalapeño or serranos peppers.Red sauce (Salsa Roja): bright red color, usually made from cooked tomatoes, red peppers, onions, garlic, fresh coriander.Salsa Picasa: Also known as the pico de gallo, mixed with chopped tomatoes, onions and jalapeños, without being mushy, it is relatively refreshing.
Mexicans love spicy sauce very much, and most kinds of dishes put spicy sauce in it. If you are going to travel in Mexico, you will step into the “stuffing well of food” if you accidentally order it. When you accidentally order a perverted and spicy meal, you will be hit by a spicy bite.
Adapt to the needs of different markets, add different sauces; such as gucomole sauce, ordinary tomato sauce, sour cream sauce, etc. Many Taco stores in Mexico, any meat will be added as a filling, even insects. Crust material:
Corn flour, 150
gLow-gluten flour, 75 g

Making steps:
1. Mix corn flour and low gluten flour evenly

2. Add a small teaspoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of oil and add half of the water to stir.
3. Then slowly add water as needed to knead the dough
4. After kneading the dough evenly, put it aside for half an hour

Steps to make stuffing:
1. Preheat the suacepan and put the onion and garlic in it Sautee for five minutes with medium-high heat
2. Put the minced pork into it and cook until it is half cooked
3. Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper, origanal and other seasonings and stir fry evenly
4. Place the filling on the plate and set aside

Taco leather steps:
1. After kneading the dough, roll it into a thin dough
2. Buckle with a small round bowl and cut out the dough
3. After cutting the dough, pan fried the dough without oil in order let dough stick together

5. Use the sauce from top,evenly brush the baked pasta pieces,Then bake in the oven, but take a shelf to make it taco U-shaped.

Taco 墨西哥卷饼(Taco),有时音译为“塔可”等,是墨西哥的传统食品,主要是用玉米粉和小麦粉制作而成的饼,也可用一张墨西哥薄饼(tortilla)切成小圆块。主要配料有烤牛肉、鸡肉、猪肉、鱼虾、蔬菜、奶酪,甚至昆虫都可以作为墨西哥卷饼的配料。Taco 的名字来源于西班牙语,最早也是由西班牙的烤饼在西班牙殖民统治前,由欧洲人传入墨西哥。最早把塔可面皮当成碗碟来装菜,后来也就因为这样形成了当地一种街头巷尾,甚至高级餐厅都有的小食。就在前几年美国的美食记录片(ungly delicious)中,美食家们这样高度评价:“享用的每一秒体验的美味,比世界任何美食都丰富,它就是来自墨西哥的Taco。”光是Taco 本身不足以让美食家为它着魔,经济家为它创建Taco Bell的连锁餐厅。它主要的灵魂还是来自它的几种酱料:青酱(salsa Verde)、碎酱(salsa picoda)、红酱(salsa rojo).
青酱(Salsa Verde):用熟透的绿番茄制作,加入Jalapeño或serranos辣椒。红酱(Salsa Roja):颜色鲜红,通常以煮熟的番茄、红辣椒、洋葱、大蒜、新鲜香菜制成。碎酱(Salsa picada):又名公鸡嘴(pico de gallo),用切碎的番茄、洋葱和墨西哥辣椒一起拌,不打成糊状,比较爽口。
墨西哥人非常喜欢辣酱,各种料理中多少都会放一些辣椒。如果你要去墨西哥旅行的话,一不小心就会踩进“美食的馅井。当你不小心点到一份变态辣的美餐,咬下一口,你就会被辣流给击中。后来为了适应不同市场的需求,添加不同的酱料;如牛油果酱,普通番茄酱,酸奶酱等。墨西哥本土很多店的Taco,什么肉都会加进去当馅料,甚至昆虫。而现在一般的快餐店都只有,牛肉、鸡肉、鱼等。我不是一个能吃辣的人,所以我就挑一款没辣的风格。

面皮饼材料:
玉米粉、150克,
低筋面粉、75克,
盐、1小茶匙
温水、适量
玉米油、4汤勺,
蛋、一个
Parley flakes,适量
馅料材料:肉碎、200克
青红椒、20克
洋葱、20克
盐、适量
胡椒粉、适量
蒜泥、10克
origano 干薄荷叶、适量
蕃茄酱、4汤勺
切打芝士(cheddar cheese) 、30克

和面步骤:
1、把玉米粉和低筋面粉混合均匀

2、加入一小茶匙盐、2 汤勺油后加一半水进去搅拌。3、然后再根据需要再慢慢加水揉匀面团4、面团揉均匀后放一旁醒发半个小时

做馅料步骤:
1.预热炒锅把洋葱蒜粒放进去,炒香后
2.把猪肉碎放进去炒至八分熟
3.加入番茄酱,盐,胡椒粉、origanal等调味料翻炒均匀
4,炒好后,馅料装盘备用

Taco 皮步骤:
1、把面团揉匀后,擀成薄面皮
2、用圆形小碗扣住,切出面皮
3、切完面皮后,拿个平低过烙饼,烙好面饼定型后,备用取出
4、打个蛋在小碗,加入2汤勺油、盐,干芫茜叶搅拌均匀

Go5、用上层酱料均匀的刷烙好的面皮片然后用放进烤箱烤,但是要拿个架子可以让它烤成taco的U型状。6、考好皮后,拿出,填进馅料后,在馅料上方均匀撒切打芝士7,撒好至少后放进烤箱烤8_10分钟即可
