主要材料(fillings)
切丝卷心菜 500克
Shredded cabbage.500g
蒜末 15 克
Minced garlic.15g

Oil .1 tablespoon
切丝木耳 30 克
Shredded fungus.30g
切丝洋葱 100 克
Shredded onion.100g
盐 一茶匙
Salt. 1 teaspoon
胡椒粉 适量
Peppers.Appropriate amount
咖喱粉 适量
Yellow curry.1 tablespoon spoon (optional)
糖 一汤勺(有放咖喱粉,糖可以多加一些)
sugar.1 teaspoon (add a little more if with curry)
豪油 2 汤勺
Oyster sauce.2 tablespoon
鸡肉碎 200克(也可以用别的肉)
Shredded chicken.200g (your options)
粉丝 适量(个人喜欢调整)
Glass noodle. (soaked in water earlier night)
皮Skin part:
鸡蛋 一个
Egg.1 ea
春卷皮 11cmX11cm 一袋
春卷皮 20cmX20cm一袋
spring rolls warp,
1 bag, small one 11*11cm
2bag, big one 20*20
制作过程Steps:
1、粉丝切成5cm的短条
Cut glass noodle into around 5cm Short.
2、加热油锅后,加入油炒蒜末和洋葱,炒到洋葱的香气出来
preheat the wok,add oil and suateed the garlic and onion until the smell of them
3、除了鸡肉外,加入剩下的菜继续炒五几分钟到菜软了,五分熟即可
add the rest food ingredients(except chicken) stir fry a few minutes until the vegetables became soft.it just about medium cook
4、把炒好的菜取出放在盘子上放一旁备用
take out the vegetables, place on the plate,set aside until it is cold
5、加热油炒锅,加盐和胡椒粉炒鸡肉,炒均即可
preheat the wok ,stir fry chicken with some salt and pepper evenly
6、把鸡肉和菜放一起调均匀备用
combine chicken and vegetables together and stir evenly(set aside)
7、打个蛋,取蛋黄部分
crack a egg on the little dish (only egg yolk for seal the wrap)
8、在桌上平铺一张小面皮在大面皮上
Place a big wrap top with a small wrap on table
9、取适量馅料靠放在皮的一角
Get some fillings put on one corner of wrap(show as below)
10、把他卷成卷起来,用蛋黄糊住封口
wrap it up and seal with egg yolk.
(吃不完可以平放好冻起来,吃几个拿几个炸一下就好)
note,you can store in the freezer if you can not finished,deep fried them when you want to eat.
