芒果清甜,凉丝丝的感觉深受男女老幼喜欢,是非常适合做甜品的水果,与软绵可口可丽饼加奶油配搭做成蛋糕,口味相得益彰。以蛋糕的形式呈现出来的姿态更是景上添花。
六寸可丽饼材料 6 inch crepe receipe:
低筋面粉 Low gluten flour、
100克(gram)
黄油 Butter
30克(gram)
牛奶 Milk
250毫升( ml)
鸡蛋 Egg
3 个(pc)
細沙糖 Caster sugar
30克(gram)
其他材料 other receipe:芒果 Mango
3 个(pc)
淡奶油 35% heavy cream
250毫升( ml)
糖粉Icing sugar
30克( gram_ adjustable)
制饼过程Steps for crepe cake batter:
1、把糖加入牛奶放进大碗搅拌均匀
Stir the milk and sugar in a big bowl
2、把蛋打在碗里并搅拌均匀
Crack the eggs into a little bowl and whisk the egg Evenly
3、把蛋液倒进牛奶中搅拌均匀
Stir the egg liquid and the mixture of milk and sugar together
4、把面粉过塞到蛋浆中搅拌均匀
Sizzle the flour into the egg mixture and stir evenly.
5、蛋浆过滤一到两次
Filter the mixture for one to two times
6、黄油放微波炉打热大概20秒成液体后,倒进的蛋浆中并搅拌均匀
Heat the butter into liquid in the microwave around 20 seconds, then pour the egg mixture and stir evenly
7、加热油锅后刷上一点油
Heat the pan then brush some oil on the pan,don’t put too much oil
8、拿30毫升蛋浆倒入煎锅,翻动煎锅,让浆液平铺锅底,中小火煎
Pour 30ml of the egg mixture into the pan ,let it fully cover the pan, turn it to midium_low heat for 1 minute.
9 、翻一面煎15秒,拿出平放在盘子上
Turn over the crepe cake then heat up for 15 second ,and place it nicely on the plate
10、重复煎饼程序煎完剩下的蛋浆Repeat the the steps of making crepe cake until you finished all the mixture11、把可丽饼叠起,切掉多余的部分Stack up the crepe cakes and cut the edge of the crepe cakes and set it aside
Steps for cutting Mango:
1 、芒果削皮,切出几片漂亮的芒果做蛋糕装饰
Peel mango and cut it into some nice slices for decorating the cake,set it aside
2、把剩下的芒果切小丁,放一旁备用
Cut the rest of the mango to little dices,set it aside
打奶油步骤 Steps for whipping cream:
1、把淡奶油和打蛋盆冷冻15分钟左右
Chill the heavy cream and mixing bowl for about 15 minutes.
2 、把淡奶油放进冷冻过的打蛋盆,加10克糖粉用打蛋器中速打发
Pour heavy cream liquid into mixing bowl ,add 1/3 of icing sugar then beat it with meduim speed
3、奶油液有点变稠之后加入剩下的糖粉中速打5分钟,糖粉完成混合后转低速继续打发
Add the rest of the sugar after the liquid become a little thicker ,beat it with meduim speed for five minutes,turn to low speed when icing sugar combined well with heavy cream
4 、继续低速打发直至打蛋器提起可以看到两个迷你版小山丘就可以了
Continue beating with low speed until you see two mini hills that are pointing up when you take out the beater,then it is good to use
做蛋糕步骤Steps for build up cake:
1、拿个模具套上一层膜,
Prepare a cake mould ,put on a piece of plastic paper around the mould
2 、拿固定量的奶油铺在可丽饼中间,然后放进模具
Apply certain amount of cream on the middle of crepe cake
3 、铺上一层可丽饼,然后用手轻轻往四周按压奶油
Cover a crepe cake on top of it then give it a gentle press and make sure cream are pressed out evenly
4、每隔3层均匀的铺一层芒果粒
Lay mango dices on every three layers
5、重复铺完剩下的可丽饼
Repeat the process until you finish the crepes
6、脱掉模具,四周和最上层 的表面均匀的抹上奶油
Take off cake mould and plastic paper,then apply cream evenly on the surface of the cake
7、用芒果片装饰蛋糕Decorate cake with mango slices
8 、使用前,放冰箱冷藏至少两个小时Rest the cake in the fridge for at least two hours before severing
9、切小块,可以享用
